claude-code-ide is an interactive and natively compiled function
defined in claude-code-ide.el.

Start a new Claude Code instance for the current project or directory.
Always creates a new instance; a project may run several concurrently.
When the project already has instances (or with a prefix argument),
prompts for an optional instance name. Use claude-code-ide-toggle,
claude-code-ide-switch-to-buffer or claude-code-ide-list-sessions
to reach running instances.
Key Bindings
This command is not in any keymaps.
