eca-chat--content-insertion-point is a natively compiled function defined in eca-chat.el.

Return the point where new chat content should be inserted.

When eca-chat--insertion-point-override is set, returns its position
(used to prepend older history above existing content); otherwise the
position just before the prompt area start. When the prompt area overlay is missing (inconsistent buffer state, see #283), falls back to point-max so callers never receive nil.
