Apply eca-chat-user-messages-face over the user message of OV-LABEL.

Markdown fontification sets face on spans of the message (bold, inline code), hiding the label's font-lock-face there, while an overlay face merges over both, so the background covers the whole message. The trailing newline is included so :extend reaches the window edge on the last line too. Text inserted at the overlay start
(an older history page) stays outside of it.
