Return non-nil when markdown-mode aligns table separators itself.

Since version 2.9, markdown-mode puts a space :align-to display property on the whitespace before each pipe whenever markup or URL hiding is on, so every pipe is displayed at its source column. Cells must then be padded by source width, not display width.
