Function: ghostel--default-remote-shell-args
ghostel--default-remote-shell-args is a natively compiled function
defined in ghostel-shell.el.
Signature
(ghostel--default-remote-shell-args PROGRAM &optional INTEGRATION)
Documentation
Return default extra args for a remote shell PROGRAM.
Recognized shells (bash, zsh, fish, nushell) start login+interactive
(-l -i) so remote sessions source the user's rc/profile files;
unrecognized shells (e.g. /bin/sh) get no args. With INTEGRATION active,
bash uses -i only (a login bash ignores the integration's --rcfile).
