Trusts TRAMP default-directory: ghostel's OSC 7 handler
(ghostel--update-directory) converts a remote shell's directory report
into a TRAMP path on default-directory, so a non-nil file-remote-p covers both TRAMP-spawned buffers and OSC-7-emitting remote shells.
