Schedule deferred plain-text link detection over the repainted region.

The renderer publishes the buffer range it rewrote in ghostel--repainted-region, and every character of terminal output goes through it, so queueing that range scans each row exactly once — including rows a flood pushed past the viewport between two redraws. Covers plain-text URL and file:line detection; native OSC-8 hyperlink spans remain handled inside the renderer.
