Delete the outbound-ssh terminfo install cache file.

The bundled bash/zsh/fish wrappers cache per-host install outcomes in ~/.cache/ghostel/ssh-terminfo-cache (XDG-aware). Cache keys include a hash of the local terminfo, so libghostty bumps invalidate the local entries automatically — but not stale entries from before a remote out-of-band update. Run this command after such an update
(or whenever you suspect the cache is wrong) to force re-probe.
