logview-filter-edit-apply is an interactive and natively compiled
function defined in logview.el.

Documentation
Apply the filters or views, but don't quit the buffer.
In other words, buffer stays for futher editing. Using \<logview-filter-edit-mode-map>M-x logview-filter-edit-cancel (logview-filter-edit-cancel)
afterwards will only reset to the last applied state, not
necessarily to the filters (views) how they were when the buffer
got created.
