Run jj synchronously, sending output to DESTINATION.
DESTINATION is handled like the destination argument of process-file.
Resolve the appropriate jj executable and prepare ARGS using
majutsu-process-jj-arguments. This low-level function preserves
default-directory and does not log the command or refresh Majutsu buffers.
