tsv-mode is an interactive and natively compiled function defined in
csv-mode.el.

Major mode for editing files of tab-separated value type.
In addition to any hooks its parent mode csv-mode might have run,
this mode runs the hook tsv-mode-hook, as the final or penultimate
step during initialization.
