Workaround for Claude Code terminal scrolling bug #1422.

When non-nil (default), prevents the terminal from reflowing on height-only changes which can trigger uncontrollable scrolling in Claude Code. See: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/1422 This setting should be removed once the upstream bug is fixed.
