Can be vterm, eat, or ghostel. The vterm backend is the default and provides a fully-featured terminal emulator. The eat backend is an alternative terminal emulator that may work better in some environments. The ghostel backend is the recommended one: it renders Claude Code's TUI with the fewest artifacts (see the README).
