combobulate-xref-show-xrefs-function is a customizable variable defined in combobulate-query.el.

Function to use to show xrefs.

This is used by combobulate-query-builder-show-xrefs to show the xrefs for a query. This variable is used to temporarily bind xref-show-xrefs-function to this value. This is useful if you want the default xrefs functionality for normal xrefs but want to use something else for Combobulate.

By default it uses xref-show-definitions-completing-read which shows the xrefs in a completing read prompt.
