Variable: eca-chat--pending-questions

eca-chat--pending-questions is a buffer-local variable defined in eca-chat.el.

Unanswered questions, oldest first.

Parallel ask_user tool calls leave several pending at once. Each is a plist with :session :request :question :options :tool-call-id
:allow-freeform, and :block-ov, the overlay of its block when it has
no tool call block to render in.
