eca-chat-expandable--id->ov is a buffer-local variable defined in eca-chat-expandable.el.

Per-buffer map from expandable block ID to its label overlay.

Maintained by eca-chat--insert-expandable-block (puthash) and eca-chat--remove-expandable-content / eca-chat--destroy-nested-blocks
(remhash). Accessed by eca-chat--get-expandable-content to avoid
the previous linear (overlays-in (point-min) (point-max)) scan, which scaled with chat length.

Stale entries (e.g. an overlay deleted by a path that did not update the map) are tolerated: lookups validate the hit's overlay-buffer / id and fall back to the linear scan plus a refill when the cache misses or is stale.
