Default directory for eca-chat-save-image-at-point.

The value can be:
- workspace-root (default) — save under the current workspace
  root in a .eca/images/ subdirectory, mirroring the idiom used
  by eca-chat-save-chat-initial-path.
- A string — used verbatim as the initial save directory.
- nil — fall back to default-directory at the time of saving.
