eca-chat-tool-call-functions is a customizable variable defined in eca-chat.el.

Abnormal hook run when a tool call changes state in a live chat.

Each function is called with SESSION and CONTENT, the raw tool call content plist whose :type is one of "toolCallRun",
"toolCallRunning", "toolCalled" or "toolCallRejected". CONTENT
also carries :id, :name, :server, :arguments and :details; for file edits :details has :type "fileChange" plus :path,
:diff, :linesAdded and :linesRemoved. Functions run with the
chat buffer current after the content was rendered, and only for live notifications, not when history is loaded. Errors are demoted so they never break chat rendering.
