Whether killing a Doom workspace also stops its ECA session.

When non-nil, killing a workspace (e.g. +workspace/kill) stops the ECA session related to it, unless another workspace still refers to that session. Its chats stay resumable server-side. Only used in Doom Emacs with the :ui workspaces module enabled.
