Allow terminal applications to set the clipboard via OSC 52.

When non-nil, programs running in the terminal can copy text to the Emacs kill ring and system clipboard using OSC 52 escape sequences. This is useful for remote SSH sessions where the application cannot access the local clipboard directly.

Disabled by default for security: a malicious escape sequence in command output could silently overwrite your clipboard.
