Abnormal hook to veto forwarding a foreign buffer edit to the PTY.

Each function is called with no arguments, the ghostel buffer current. A non-nil return leaves the edit alone. Add-on features use this to protect their own buffer insertions, e.g. ghostel-ime during an Emacs Lisp input-method composition.
