Install xterm-ghostty terminfo on remote hosts as needed.

Affects both M-x ghostel from a TRAMP default-directory (push over the existing TRAMP connection) and outbound ssh from a local ghostel buffer (install via tic on first connection, cached in ~/.cache/ghostel/ssh-terminfo-cache).

Values: auto (default; enabled when ghostel-tramp-shell-integration is non-nil), t, nil. Always disabled when ghostel-term is not "xterm-ghostty". See the README for the full design and per-call escape hatch.
