Hook run by Git hooks post-commit, post-merge and post-rewrite.

There is not a single Git hook, which is called after a commit is created; to achieve that, all of these Git hooks have to be used.

Git hooks are documented in the githooks(5) manpage. This Lisp hook is only run if magit-run-hooks-from-githooks is non-nil, and Magit runs Git asynchronously and on the local machine. The hook functions are called with the same arguments as the Git hook; see the mentioned manpage for details.
