majutsu-diff-fontify-hunk is a customizable variable defined in majutsu-diff.el.

Whether to apply syntax highlighting to diff hunks.

nil Never fontify hunks.
all Fontify all hunks immediately.
t Fontify each hunk once it becomes the current section and keep the
       fontification when another section is selected. This variant exists
       for performance reasons.

This is experimental and can be slow because fontification is synchronous.
