When non-nil, eagerly start the bash-completion subprocess on line-mode entry.

Off by default — the first `TAB' inside line mode pays the
~500ms-1s cost of spawning the hidden bash process and sourcing
the user's startup files; subsequent completions are fast. Set this to t to amortise that cost at line-mode entry time so the first completion feels instant.

Has no effect when ghostel-line-mode-use-bash-completion is nil or when the bash-completion package is not installed.
